Program Name

GreaseGrid Concierge SMS Program

Program Description

GreaseGrid Concierge sends transactional text messages to coordinate grease trap and interceptor pumping services in the Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley areas. Messages are related to service coordination only and are not marketing or promotional.

Message Types

  • Appointment scheduling and confirmation
  • Service reminders (72-hour, 24-hour, 2-hour)
  • Arrival windows and vendor coordination
  • Proof-of-work upload requests
  • Job completion confirmation
  • Dispute and escalation updates
  • Coordination fee payment status

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive 1 to 6 messages per service job lifecycle. No recurring marketing messages will be sent.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying with any of the following keywords: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages from GreaseGrid Concierge unless you opt back in.
