How GreaseGrid Works
We coordinate your grease-trap service with a CDFA-registered hauler who produces the licensed-hauler manifest and disposal receipt your LASAN or LA County inspector asks to see on re-inspection — and we hand you a consolidated records packet within 24 hours of service.
Vendor-neutral, records-first coordination. Documentation is the product, not the afterthought.
Step 1: Submit your request
Tell us about your location, equipment type (grease trap or interceptor), capacity, and preferred scheduling. Takes under 60 seconds.
Step 2: We find your vendor
GreaseGrid matches you with a licensed, insured vendor in your area. We send bid requests to qualified vendors and present you with the best option.
Step 3: Appointment confirmed
Once a vendor is selected and you have an active subscription, the appointment is confirmed. You receive a confirmation with the vendor name, date, and time window.
Step 4: Automated reminders
You and the vendor receive automated reminders before the appointment. No more missed pump-outs or last-minute scrambles.
Step 5: Service completed
The vendor arrives, performs the pump-out, and uploads proof of service. You pay the vendor directly for the pumping work.
Step 6: Proof packet delivered
GreaseGrid compiles a compliance-ready proof packet with waste manifest, before/after photos, vendor credentials, and service documentation. Ready for any LA Sanitation or LADBS inspection.
Two separate payments, full transparency
GreaseGrid charges a flat Compliance Coordination fee per scheduled service ($49–$79 depending on your tier) for scheduling, vendor matching, and compliance documentation. Your licensed vendor bills you separately for the pumping work. You always know exactly what you are paying for.
