Terms of Service

1. Overview

GreaseGrid Concierge ("GreaseGrid," "we," "us") is a scheduling and documentation coordination platform for grease trap pumping services in the Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley areas. We connect restaurants and food-service establishments with independent, licensed grease trap service vendors. GreaseGrid is operated by Memici LLC (California), doing business as GreaseGrid.

2. Services

GreaseGrid does not perform grease trap pumping, hauling, or any regulated waste services. All physical services are performed by independent, licensed vendors in our network. GreaseGrid provides scheduling coordination, vendor matching, proof-of-service documentation, and compliance record management.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed.

4. Payment Terms

Obtaining a quote and vendor matching is free. Payment is only required when you (a) confirm a scheduled service, or (b) start a subscription plan. Vendor service fees are billed separately by the vendor. GreaseGrid's coordination and subscription fees are disclosed before checkout.

5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

If you enroll in a Monthly or Portfolio plan, your subscription will automatically renew each billing period until you cancel. The price, billing frequency, and renewal terms will be presented to you before purchase, and confirmed in an acknowledgment email. You can view your plan and next billing date in your dashboard.

6. Subscription Cancellation

If you enrolled online, you may cancel your subscription online at any time in your dashboard: Account → Billing → Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless we state otherwise at checkout. After cancellation, you will retain access to subscription features until the end of the billing period. Subscriptions are per location. If you have multiple locations, you can cancel each location's subscription independently.

7. Scheduled Service Cancellation

You may cancel a scheduled service at no charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee as disclosed at the time of booking.

8. Limitation of Liability

GreaseGrid acts solely as a coordination platform. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services performed by vendors in our network. All vendors are independently licensed and insured.
