What We Do
GreaseGrid Concierge is a scheduling, documentation, and vendor coordination platform for grease trap and grease interceptor pumping services. We serve restaurants, food trucks, commissary kitchens, and any food-service establishment in the Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley areas that needs regular grease trap maintenance.
We are a transparent coordinator, not the service provider. All grease trap pumping is performed by independent, licensed vendors in our network. GreaseGrid handles the scheduling, vendor matching, appointment confirmation, and compliance documentation. Vendors perform the physical work. Customers pay vendors directly for pumping services. GreaseGrid charges a separate coordination fee.
Coverage Area
We currently serve the greater Los Angeles area and the San Fernando Valley, including Downtown LA, Hollywood, Koreatown, West LA, Culver City, Burbank, Glendale, Van Nuys, North Hollywood, Encino, and surrounding neighborhoods.
Our vendor network includes licensed haulers with valid business licenses, waste hauler permits, and liability insurance. Every vendor is vetted before joining the GreaseGrid network.

The Team
GreaseGrid is operated by Memici LLC, a California company. We built GreaseGrid because we saw restaurant owners spending hours coordinating grease trap pump-outs, chasing vendors, and scrambling to produce compliance documents before inspections. There had to be a better way.
Our platform automates the coordination workflow: intake, vendor matching, scheduling, payment, reminders, proof collection, and compliance documentation. One request, and it is handled.
