Your phone number (normalized to E.164 format)
Message content metadata (message direction, delivery status, timestamps)
Consent records (opt-in timestamp, consent source, disclosure text shown)
Basic compliance logs (opt-out keywords, message IDs)

How We Use Your Data

We use your phone number and messaging data solely to send transactional service coordination messages related to grease trap and interceptor pumping services. This includes scheduling confirmations, service reminders, proof-of-work requests, job completion notifications, dispute updates, and coordination fee payment status.

Consent Data Sharing

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Data Retention

We retain SMS consent records and message logs for as long as necessary to fulfill our compliance obligations and provide our services. Opt-out records are retained indefinitely to ensure we honor your communication preferences. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
