How It Works

From request to compliance packet in four simple steps.

Step 1

Request a free quote

Share your restaurant details, trap/interceptor info, and preferred schedule. Takes under 60 seconds. No payment or subscription required to get started.

Step 2

Review vendor bids — no commitment

Licensed vendors in our network compete for your job with transparent pricing. You review bids and choose your vendor. No payment is collected until you confirm a service.

Step 3

Confirm and pay only when scheduled

Once you accept a bid and confirm your appointment, the GreaseGrid coordination fee ($79 one-time or $99/mo subscription) is charged. The vendor bills you separately for the pumping service.

Step 4

Get your compliance packet automatically

After service, receive your complete proof packet with photos, manifest, receipt, and compliance documentation. Subscription customers get recurring scheduling, vault access, and automated reminders.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is GreaseGrid Concierge?

GreaseGrid Concierge is a scheduling, documentation, and vendor coordination platform for grease trap pumping services. We connect Los Angeles restaurants with licensed, insured service providers and handle all the logistics so you can focus on running your business.

Who actually performs the grease trap pumping?

All grease trap pumping and waste hauling is performed by independent, licensed service providers in our vetted vendor network. GreaseGrid does not perform any regulated waste services. We coordinate, schedule, and document — the licensed vendor does the physical work.

Are the vendors licensed and insured?

Yes. Every vendor in the GreaseGrid network must maintain valid business licenses, waste hauler permits, and liability insurance. We verify credentials before onboarding and monitor compliance on an ongoing basis.

What is included in the coordination fee?

The GreaseGrid coordination fee covers vendor matching, scheduling, appointment management, compliance documentation, proof packet generation, customer support, and platform access. The vendor pumping cost is a separate charge quoted directly by the service provider.

How much does the actual pumping cost?

Pumping costs vary based on trap/interceptor size, grease volume, access difficulty, and urgency. Typical costs range from $150-$500+ per pump-out. You will receive vendor quotes before confirming service. The GreaseGrid coordination fee is separate from the vendor service cost.

What areas do you serve?

We currently serve Los Angeles County, with a focus on the City of Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley, including Van Nuys, Burbank, Glendale, Sherman Oaks, North Hollywood, Encino, and surrounding areas. We are expanding to additional LA County areas.

How fast can I get service?

For routine service, we typically schedule within 2-5 business days. For urgent requests, we aim for 24-48 hours. Emergency same-day service is available through select vendors at premium rates.

What if there is an issue with the service?

GreaseGrid has a formal dispute resolution process. If you are unsatisfied with vendor service, you can file a dispute through your portal. We will investigate, mediate between parties, and work toward a resolution. Vendor SLA scores are tracked to maintain quality.

Important Disclosure

GreaseGrid Concierge is a scheduling, documentation, and vendor coordination platform. We do not perform grease trap pumping, waste hauling, or any regulated services. All service work is performed by independent, licensed vendors who contract directly with the customer. GreaseGrid charges a separate coordination and documentation fee.
