We collect information you provide directly: business name, address, contact details, and service preferences when you submit an intake form or create an account. We also collect usage data such as pages visited and actions taken within the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to coordinate grease trap services, match you with qualified vendors, manage scheduling and billing, generate compliance documentation (proof packets), and communicate with you about your services.

3. Information Sharing

We share your service details (location, asset type, scheduling preferences) with vendors in our network for the purpose of providing bid quotes and performing services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), row-level security on our database, and secure authentication via Supabase Auth. Access to customer data is restricted by role-based permissions.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and service records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for compliance and legal purposes. Proof-of-service documents are retained for the duration required by local FOG compliance regulations.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what data we collect and the right to opt out of data sales (we do not sell data).
