Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. What GreaseGrid sells

GreaseGrid sells coordination, scheduling, and documentation services ("Coordination Services"). GreaseGrid does not perform grease trap pumping, waste hauling, or regulated waste services. Those services are performed by independent licensed vendors who contract directly with you.

2. Vendor charges are separate

Vendor pumping, hauling, and disposal fees are quoted and billed by the vendor separately. GreaseGrid does not collect vendor service fees unless explicitly stated at checkout.

3. Coordination fees

GreaseGrid charges either (a) a per-service coordination fee, or (b) a recurring subscription fee, depending on the plan you select at checkout.

4. Subscription cancellation (cancel in dashboard)

You can cancel your subscription at any time in your GreaseGrid dashboard: Account → Billing → Cancel subscription.

  • If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again after the cancellation effective date shown in your dashboard.
  • You will receive an email confirmation of the cancellation.

Note: Subscriptions are per location. If you have multiple locations, you can cancel each location's subscription independently in the Billing page.

5. Refunds for subscriptions

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable and are not prorated, unless required by law or unless GreaseGrid is unable to provide the core subscription features for a material portion of the billing period (for example, extended platform outage). If you believe you qualify for an exception, contact support@greasegrid.com within 7 days of the billing date.

6. Scheduled service cancellations

If you cancel a scheduled vendor appointment more than 24 hours before the appointment time, GreaseGrid will not charge a cancellation fee for the Coordination Services related to that appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be disclosed before you confirm the booking.

7. Disputes and chargebacks

If there is a problem with vendor service quality, contact GreaseGrid support first so we can investigate and mediate.
